The Knowhere Outdoors Warranty represents a promise to stand behind the gear we build. If your product fails to perform or becomes defective, we will repair or replace the affected components at no cost. Coverage remains in effect regardless of where the purchase was made. Should a problem arise, we will take care of it.

Coverage Tiers

• Metal Components: All machined metal components are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against functional failure or manufacturing defects.
• Non-Metal Components: Reeds, internal parts, and other non-metal components are covered by a Limited 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Activation
To activate this coverage, please register your gear within 30 days of purchase. This ensures your specific serial number is permanently documented for any future service needs.

Exclusions
While our gear is built to withstand the rigors of the field, this warranty covers functional failure and manufacturing defects. It does not cover loss, theft, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse or intentional destruction. If it carries our name, it is built to work.
