Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be confident in your gear. Knowhere Outdoors offers a 30-day return policy on all online orders, effective from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of field wear, damage, or excessive use, and must include all original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start the process, please contact us at contact@knowhereoutdoors.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary return documentation.

  • Refunds: Returns for a refund to your original payment method are subject to a $10 processing fee.
  • Exchanges & Store Credit: If you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit, the processing fee is waived.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.

Processing Timelines Once your return is received and inspected at our Westfield facility, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your gear arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. Defects in materials or craftsmanship are covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All apparel products (all clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged)
  • Mouthpiece covers (for health and hygiene reasons, all game call mouthpieces and covers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-engraved products (unless a defect is present)
