Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment We take pride in precision. Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak hunting seasons or new product launches, please allow for additional processing time as we quality-check and serialize each unit.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those last-minute gear needs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping We currently ship to USA and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Knowhere Outdoors is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses We support our military and can ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS, though delivery times may be longer.

Damages & Lost Packages Knowhere Outdoors is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
